Q. What are the advantages
of pressure washing?
A. Power washing saves money
by helping to keep surfaces maintained. Power washing greatly improves the
look and value of property at a cost efficient rate.
Q. Why can’t I rent a
pressure washer and do it myself?
A: You could, but you might do
irreparable damage, and could never achieve the results you really want.
You don’t need just one machine but several expensive machines to do all
kinds of jobs. Add to this a range of different chemicals and the
knowledge of their proper concentration and application. Most importantly,
you need years of training and experience to properly use the equipment
and chemicals to get a whole variety of surfaces and stains clean without
doing damage.
Q:
What surfaces can be cleaned?
A: Almost all surfaces
can be cleaned. Some surfaces react better than others. Please call us
so that we can talk with you about your particular situation.
Q. Who
provides the water and how is it heated?
A. We use a self-contained mobile pressure
washing unit that can hold up to 300 gallons of water (about 1 to 1.5
hours of washing). If your job is bigger than that, we will need to refill
the tank. For hot water applications, water is heated in our
state-of-the-art Karcher hot water pressure washer.
Q. Will
pressure washing remove paint?
A. Our techniques only remove
what you want removed. If you want paint removed, we can do that as well.
Q. Is your work guaranteed?
A. Yes indeed! We take pride
in our quality work and professional service. If you are not completely
satisfied with our work, we will return as soon as possible to touch up or
fix the problem at no charge. |
